During your lifetime, the shape and size of your breasts may change due to fluctuations in weight, fitness, pregnancy, contraception, medication and diet so we recommend that you check your sizing every six months. Sizing may vary slightly between brands, so a tape measure alone cannot determine your correct size. However, it can give you an indication of the size you should be wearing.

Step One - Rib size measurement
Using a soft tape-measure, first measure around your chest under your bust, at the level where the lowest part of your bra should sit. It is important not to let the tape slip down at the back as it needs to be level all the way around. Take this measurement in whole inches (e.g. 36).

Step Two - Bust size measurement
Next, measure around the fullest part of your breasts, which is usually over the nipples. This measurement in inches is your bust size. Round to the nearest whole or half inch (e.g. 42, 42.5).
