Think about the colours that your partner normally wears. This should give you an indication of what colour lingerie she would love to receive. Avoid nude or flesh tones. They are practical colours that a woman will choose for everyday use but she is no doubt lusting after beautiful, rich colours for those special occasions.

Buy quality. You want to make her feel sexy, not cheap. Avoid plastic, vinyl and leather. A lady is also unlikely to find practical styles romantic. Avoid sports bras and minimisers. Go for something feminine and sensual instead. Choose something made from a luxurious material which will feel gorgeous on her skin. Maybe something embellished with jewels, ribbons or lace?
